What will you do?
- Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting specific teams (Tribe) within Warung Pintar, providing hands-on team support and leveraging broader organization resources.
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth.
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.
- Manage the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year.
- Overseeing and participating in employee relations issues as needed.
- Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed.
What do you need to have?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Experience working in an HR Function.
- Demonstrated project management/change management experience.
- Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience.
- Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing the environment.
- Experience working in tech, product-focused organization.
